With long-term capital and deep regional experience, we move early, stay close, and back founders for the long haul.Role Description We are seeking an Investment Director to join our venture capital team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore.The Investment Director will lead the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of early-stage investment opportunities across Asia, while working closely with founders on strategic initiatives. In collaboration with the broader investment team, the Investment Director will help shape investment theses, deepen sector expertise, and contribute to the fund's overall investment strategy and direction. The role will also involve cultivating and strengthening relationships across the venture capital ecosystem.Requirements5+ years of experience in early-stage venture capital investing, with a demonstrated track record of identifying and executing successful investments.Proven expertise across deal sourcing, investment evaluation, due diligence, deal structuring, and portfolio management.Strong understanding of venture financing structures and investment documentation, with the ability to evaluate and negotiate key commercial and legal terms.Demonstrated awareness of emerging trends, technologies, and business models.Established network across the regional startup and venture capital ecosystem.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with founders, investors, partners, and other stakeholders.Nice to HaveAn advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or relevant professional qualification is advantageous.Experience working in emerging industries, sectors, or technologies, including prior operating experience at a startup.Experience with board representation and governance.
