Job Title: IT & Operations Analyst (App QA & Fleet / VMS Reporting)The role combines daily quality testing of the Dr.

Sunny mobile application with operational reporting and analysis across the fleet — fuel consumption, vehicle management system (VMS) route optimization, and related cost reporting — to help the business run the app and field operations efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Quality TestingPerform the daily routine test of the Dr. Sunny mobile app (iOS & Android) against the defined checklist and pass criteria.Test booking, nurse availability and ETA across the emirates (Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, UAQ, RAK), payment, coupons, login and core service flows.Log defects with clear steps, screenshots and severity; follow up with the development vendor until resolved; submit a daily test summary.Fleet, Fuel & VMS ReportingCollect and analyse fuel consumption data per vehicle and per driver; track cost per km and efficiency, and flag anomalies or overspend.Review VMS data and trips to identify route-optimization opportunities (reduce km, idle time and overlaps; improve coverage and ETAs).Monitor fleet utilization and prepare the recurring reports listed below for management.GeneralMaintain accurate records and dashboards; present findings clearly with recommendations.Coordinate with operations, drivers/nurses and the development vendor as needed.Reporting DeliverablesThe analyst is responsible for producing and maintaining the following reports:App Daily Test ReportFuel Consumption ReportVMS Route OptimizationFleet UtilizationCost-per-BookingIssue / Bug LogIdeal Candidate ProfileEducation / background: IT background (degree or diploma in IT / Computer Science / related, or equivalent practical experience).Commitment: Committed, reliable and willing to work — dependable daily routine and follow-through is essential.Comfortable testing mobile apps and spotting/raising issues clearly.Analytical — able to work with data (fuel, trips, VMS) and build simple reports and dashboards.Good with Excel / Google Sheets; reporting or BI tools (e.g. Power BI / Looker Studio) an advantage.Detail-oriented, organised, and able to meet daily deadlines.Good written communication (for logs, reports and vendor follow-up).Nice to HaveExperience with VMS / fleet / GPS tracking systems.Exposure to QA / software testing.Basic SQL or data-analysis skills.
