IT project manager - HR technology

Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in HR technology and Talent Acquisition systems to support multi-country SaaS implementation projects. Experience with Paradox, Workday, or similar HR and recruitment platforms is highly desirable.The successful candidate will coordinate project delivery, manage vendors and stakeholders, and ensure effective governance, testing, deployment, and implementation across multiple countries.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate HR technology implementation projects across multiple countries.Manage project planning, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.Coordinate vendors, internal teams, HR stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, and status updates.Oversee testing activities, including SIT and UAT, and coordinate defect resolution.Manage deployment planning, go-live readiness, and post-go-live activities.Ensure alignment between business requirements, technical delivery, and project objectives.Coordinate stakeholder communications and escalate risks or delivery issues as required.Mandatory RequirementsStrong IT project management experience, preferably in HR technology or Talent Acquisition systems.Experience delivering multi-country SaaS implementations or rollouts.Proven experience in project governance, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination.Experience managing testing, deployment, and go-live activities.Strong communication, planning, risk management, and coordination skills.Type of Hiring: B2B contract (20 hours / week - part time)
