Technology Risk & Compliance Consultant (Banking)Location: Dubai , UAEContract: 6 months (Extendable)Our client, a leading UAE bank, is strengthening how it manages technology risk, regulatory compliance and operational resilience. They need an experienced Technology Risk & Compliance Consultant to help identify risks, strengthen controls and keep the bank audit-ready. This is a hands-on role, working directly with technology teams to assess risks, test controls and close audit findings.What you’ll doIdentify, assess and report on technology and information security risks across the bankTest IT general controls (ITGC) and technology controls, and track issues through to closureLead or support remediation of internal audit, external audit and regulatory findingsAssess third-party and vendor technology risk, including cloud and outsourcing arrangementsHelp the bank meet UAE Central Bank (CBUAE) technology, cybersecurity and outsourcing requirementsSupport operational resilience, business continuity and disaster recovery activitiesMaintain risk registers, policies and standards, and present clear updates to senior stakeholdersWhat you’ll bring6+ years in technology risk, IT audit, GRC or cybersecurity complianceExperience in a bank, financial institution, or Big 4 / consulting firm serving banksStrong knowledge of frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, ITGC and PCI DSSExperience working with banking regulators. CBUAE is ideal; SAMA or other GCC regulators are also welcome.Hands-on experience with GRC tools such as RSA Archer, ServiceNow GRC or OneTrust (a plus)Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISM or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor (preferred)If you match the above requirements and are interested hit the APPLY button!
