IT Specialist - Hajj Services

Responsibilities

Operate technical systems and software related to accommodations in the Holy Sites and the Hajj, and ensure their effectiveness and efficiency in supporting daily operations.Design and develop innovative technical solutions to enhance operational performance and improve the quality of services provided to guests and management.Continuously monitor network and server performance and respond promptly to resolve issues such as system slowdowns or service outages.Provide advanced technical support to staff and various hotel departments, ensuring a rapid response to technical issues.Prepare and submit periodic, comprehensive technical reports to the direct manager, including performance evaluations, incident reports, and suggestions for improvement.Implement and adhere to approved standards, policies, and procedures to protect data and ensure information and system security.Oversee the regular updating and development of IT systems and infrastructure to keep pace with technological advancements and improve operational efficiency.Collaborate with all departments to identify their technical needs and provide appropriate solutions that support business objectives.Maintain all technical devices, equipment, and systems, ensuring their effective use and protection from damage.Manage data backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity during emergencies or unexpected outages.

Requirements

Strong communication skills.Diploma or higher Flexibility, adaptability, and familiarity with the Hajj season and the Sacred Months.Planning, organizational, and time-management skills.Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with all departments.Commitment and discipline.Sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of network systems.
