Java Developer

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team. Requirements 4–7 years of professional backend development experience with a strong focus on Java-based enterprise applications. Develop and maintain Java-based backend services and APIs supporting digital wallet functionality. Design, implement, and enhance payment-related APIs, including card lifecycle operations such as token creation, deletion, and status management. Integrate backend services with mobile applications and external payment platforms in a secure, scalable, and reliable manner. Work closely with internal development teams, adhering to established engineering standards, security policies, and delivery processes. Support testing, debugging, and production readiness activities, including the resolution of issues identified during end-to-end and conformity testing. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through code reviews, refactoring, and performance optimization. Strong experience in Java backend development. Hands-on experience designing and developing RESTful APIs. Experience working with payment systems, digital wallets, and tokenization services. Good understanding of security and compliance requirements, including authentication and authorization mechanisms. Experience with integration testing frameworks and automated testing practices. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices. Experience working in Agile environments using tools such as Azure DevOps and Confluence.
