Junior Sales Pharmacist – Beauty & Personal Care Category Specialist

BeSeha is looking for a motivated Junior Sales Pharmacist to join our Beauty & Personal Care category team.This role is ideal for a pharmacist with a strong interest in skincare, cosmetics, dermocosmetics, hair care, personal care products, and online customer consultation.The selected candidate will support both sales operations and category management for Beauty & Personal Care products on BeSeha’s online platforms, including the website, app, WhatsApp, social media channels, and internal sales tools.Fresh graduates and junior pharmacists are welcome to apply. Previous experience in an online pharmacy, e-commerce platform, pharmacy app, cosmetics store, or retail pharmacy is highly preferred.Female candidates are encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities1. Online Sales & Customer Consultation• Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, website, and other online sales channels.• Understand each customer’s needs and recommend suitable Beauty & Personal Care products based on their concerns.• Provide clear product explanations including benefits, usage method, suitable skin or hair type, precautions, and expected results.• Help customers choose between similar products in skincare, hair care, body care, sun care, anti-aging, acne care, pigmentation, and personal care categories.• Convert customer conversations into successful orders using a professional, consultative, and trustworthy sales approach.• Follow up with customers when needed to complete the order or clarify product usage.• Handle common objections such as price, product suitability, safety, results, and comparison with other brands.• Maintain a friendly and professional tone that reflects BeSeha’s trusted healthcare and beauty positioning.• Avoid medical diagnosis or treatment claims and refer customers to a physician or dermatologist when needed.2. Beauty & Personal Care Category Management• Support the management of Beauty & Personal Care products on BeSeha’s website and app.• Review product pages to make sure product titles, descriptions, benefits, ingredients, usage instructions, and warnings are clear and accurate.• Help organize products into the right categories and subcategories such as skincare, hair care, body care, sun protection, acne care, pigmentation, anti-aging, Korean skincare, and dermocosmetics.• Monitor product availability, stock status, best sellers, slow-moving products, and customer demand.• Suggest new products, brands, bundles, and offers based on customer needs and market trends.• Support the creation of product comparison points to help the sales team recommend the best option for each customer.• Coordinate with the marketing team to highlight key selling points for products, campaigns, and seasonal offers.• Help build category-focused offers and bundles such as skincare routines, hair care programs, glow kits, acne routines, pigmentation routines, and Korean skincare sets.3. Product Knowledge & Content Support• Prepare simple product knowledge notes for the sales and customer support teams.• Create short product sheets including product benefits, active ingredients, usage, target customer, precautions, and main selling points.• Support the content team with accurate product information for social media posts, captions, ads, website content, and sales scripts.• Translate scientific or technical product information into simple customer-friendly language.• Collect frequently asked questions from customers and turn them into ready-to-use answers for the team.• Stay updated with beauty, skincare, cosmetics, dermocosmetics, and personal care trends.4. Customer Experience & Follow-up• Ensure customers receive clear, honest, and helpful product recommendations.• Help customers understand how to use products correctly and safely.• Follow up with selected customers to improve satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.• Report repeated customer complaints, product issues, confusing product information, or missing website details.• Work closely with customer service, operations, and sales teams to solve customer-related issues.5.
