Legal Compliance Officer - SOFOM

Please kindly read the following requirements before applying as only candidates meeting all requirements shall be shortlisted for interview.This is a junior-mid level position that would suit someone with 3-5 years of legal experience within the SOFOM industry.Business Fluency in English is a must.Experience preparing Litigation case file and Condusef reports are a must.Bachelor's degree educatedRole DescriptionThis full-time legal compkiance officer role is based at the heart of CDMX. Prior experience in SOFOM a must and you shall also be business fluent in English.The person will be primarily responsible handling compliance matters related to CNBV and Condusef. Key responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, reviewing contracts, preparing for litigation cases and handling liasion with governing bodies & regulators.
