Create and foster a sales-focused environment through the training and development of team members at all levelsOwnership of overall store appearance in accordance with marketing and merchandising guidelines, while providing a great customer shopping experience through efficient and reliable retail operations managementEnsure visual presentation guidelines are maintained at all times, including signage and pricingMaintain store inventory levels and safety standards; ensure asset protectionParticipate in product knowledge training and implement in-store through team coachingEffectively use company information, tools, and systems to meet customer and team member needDrive retail sales, margin, and company metricsPayGopuff pays employees based on market pricing, and pay may vary depending on your location. Compensation for U.S. locations is based on a cost-of-labor index for that geographic area. Boca Raton: $15.25 per hourThe salary range above reflects what we’d reasonably expect to pay candidates.
