Logistics Coordinator

PositionThe Logistics Coordinator supports day-to- day transportation, warehouse, and inventory operations to ensure products are delivered accurately, on time, and cost-effectively. This role works closely with carriers, warehouses, 3PL partners, customer service, sales, and finance teams to support efficient supply chain operations.Job ResponsibilitiesTransportation and LogisticsCoordinate daily shipments from warehouses to customers and retail locations.Schedule and monitor FTL, LTL, parcel, and courier shipments.Track shipments and communicate delivery updates.Review open orders and identify potential delays.Obtain shipment status updates and proof of delivery documents.Assist with transportation issues including delays, shortages, damages, and refused shipmentsMaintain shipping documentation and records.Support expedited and special shipment requests.Warehouse OperationsSupport receiving, storage, and distribution activities.Monitor inbound and outbound shipment accuracy.Assist with inventory cycle counts and physical inventories.Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.Coordinate timely order fulfillment with warehouse teams.Inventory and ReportingMaintain inventory records and transaction documentation.Prepare routine logistics and inventory reports.Support shipment performance reporting.Assist with data entry and reconciliation activities.Cross-Functional SupportWork with Retail, E-commerce, Wholesale, Customer Service, and Finance teams.Assist with freight claims and supporting documentation.Maintain records for audits and operational reviews.Support process improvement initiatives.Profile3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing or related fieldBachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics or related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.Strong organizational, communication, and problemsolving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with ERP, WMS, or transportation management systems.Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
