Responsibilities

Drive logistics performance to achieve delivery, quality, and financial objectives.Manage supplier relations, contracts, pricing disputes, risk escalation, and customer communication.Lead product changes, engineering revisions, pre-series events, and material readiness.Align customer demand plans with plant scheduling and MRP execution.Negotiate transportation, freight, packaging, and service costs with providers and Corporate SCM.Plan, procure, and secure materials for uninterrupted production.Optimize inventory, stock levels, traceability, FIFO compliance, and SAP/WMS accuracy.Coordinate cycle counts, inventories, reconciliations, corrective actions, and root-cause analysis.Manage returnable packaging assets, budgets, purchasing, maintenance, and KPIsDevelop personnel, enforce procedures, and drive safety, quality, environmental, improvement, cost recovery.

Qualifications
