The business is investing heavily in machine learning to improve its products and is building out a team to lead that work in the region.This is an opportunity to take ownership of ML models from research through to deployment, working on problems with real commercial impact in one of the world’s fastest-moving tech markets.What you’ll be doingDesigning, training and deploying machine learning models into productionBuilding scalable ML pipelines covering data preparation, training, evaluation and monitoringWorking with LLMs and NLP, including Arabic language capability where relevantPartnering with data, engineering and product teams to turn business problems into ML solutionsDriving best practice in MLOps, model versioning and performance trackingWhat they’re looking for5+ years of experience as an ML Engineer or in a similar applied roleStrong Python and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow or scikit-learnProven track record of taking models from experimentation into productionExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and MLOps tooling such as MLflow, Kubeflow or SageMakerStrong communication skills and the ability to explain technical work to non-technical stakeholdersBonus: Arabic language skills or previous experience in the GCCWhat’s on offerThe chance to shape ML strategy within a growing teamVisa sponsorship and relocation support for the right candidateComprehensive health cover and annual flights homeA learning and development budget and exposure to cutting-edge AI workIf you’re interested, apply here or message me directly for a confidential conversation.
