Tailor my CV for this job — free🚀 We're Hiring: Marketing Automation & CRM Expert🏢 Kahi📍 Dubai, UAE (On-site)💰 AED 5,000 – 7,000 per monthWe're looking for a hands-on specialist to build, run and optimize our marketing automation and CRM systems across the full customer lifecycle.🔧 What you'll do
- Own CRM setup, data hygiene, segmentation and pipeline management (Close CRM, ActiveCampaign)
- Build automated workflows for lead capture, nurturing, scoring and handoff to sales
- Run email, WhatsApp and SMS campaigns, including drip and lifecycle sequences
- Integrate tools using n8n, Zapier or Make, plus APIs and webhooks
- Set up tracking and attribution across forms, landing pages and ad platforms
- Report on funnel performance, conversion rates and campaign ROI
- Run A/B tests to improve open, click and conversion rates
- Work with sales and marketing teams to align processes✅ What we're looking for
- 3+ years in marketing automation or CRM management
- Strong experience with at least one major CRM and one automation tool
- Experience with WhatsApp Business API and email platforms
- Solid understanding of lead scoring, segmentation and lifecycle marketing
- Comfortable with data, dashboards and basic reporting
- Basic HTML and API knowledge
