More than a manufacturing facility, it is a center of growth, learning, and opportunity—contributing significantly to TataElectronics’ vision of building a globally competitive and technologically advanced India.Key ResponsibilitiesVendor negotiation, and PO placementExecute CTB activities for project-critical and long-lead itemsPerform demand planning based on project schedules, consumption trends, and site requirementsEnsure timely procurement and tracking of materials to meet project timelinesMonitor inventory levels, maintain optimum stock, and avoid shortages/excessCoordinate with sites, stores, logistics, and vendors for material planning and deliveryManage RMA (Return Material Authorization) including vendor returns, replacements, and claim follow-upsMaintain accurate records of procurement, inventory, and material movementsConduct stock audits and reconciliation of inventory variancesIdentify cost-saving opportunities and drive procurement efficiencyRequirementsProven experience in procurement and materials control (EMS Industry)Strong knowledge of demand planning, CTB processes, and inventory managementExperience in handling RMA, vendor claims, and material discrepanciesProficiency in ERP systems and MS ExcelGood negotiation, coordination, and analytical skillsJob Title - Material Control - PMCDesignation - Executive / Senior ExecutiveExperience - 2 to 8 YearsJob Location - Mahindra world city - ChengalpattuInterested candidates please share your updated CV to Chengammal.c@tataelectronics.co.in#Hiring #Procurmentjobs #MaterialsManagement #Supplychainjobs #EMSjobs
