MA JINNAH (Steel Works & Trading) specializes in engineering solutions, stainless steel equipment fabrication, and installation for the food, dairy, beverage, and FMCG industries across the UAE and GCC.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Mechanical Draftsman / AutoCAD Designer with practical experience in designing and preparing fabrication drawings for stainless steel food processing equipment.The ideal candidate must have experience in:Stainless steel storage and processing tanks (SS304/SS316L)Mixing tanks, agitators, and mixing vesselsSilos, hoppers, and conical tanksStainless steel working platforms and supporting structures2D and 3D equipment drawings, fabrication drawings, and assembly detailsPreparing detailed drawings with dimensions, material thicknesses, nozzles, and connectionsUnderstanding food-grade hygienic design and fabrication requirementsQualifications & RequirementsProficiency in AutoCAD 2D; knowledge of SolidWorks or Inventor is an advantage.Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in stainless steel equipment design and fabrication for the food, dairy, or beverage industry.Good understanding of tank fabrication, sheet metal development, welding details, and mechanical assemblies.Ability to prepare accurate shop drawings independently and coordinate with fabrication teams.Knowledge of hygienic stainless steel equipment design and industry standards.Important – Industry Experience MandatoryWe are looking ONLY for candidates with relevant experience in food, dairy, beverage, or hygienic stainless steel processing equipment manufacturing.Candidates with experience only in HVAC, MEP, civil construction, architectural drafting, or unrelated mechanical fields will not be considered.To Apply: Please submit your CV along with samples of relevant tank, mixer, silo, or fabrication drawings.
