Mechanical Lead

Lead engineering teams and oversee mechanical design and supervision for major infrastructure projects, including large and deep pumping stations, ensuring safety, quality and timely project delivery.

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
• A master’s degree in a related engineering discipline is preferred.
• At least 15 years’ experience in mechanical engineering design and supervision or a related field, including at least 5 years’ proven experience leading engineering teams in the UAE and managing large-scale infrastructure projects similar to DSST.
• Professional certification as a Professional Engineer (PE), Chartered Engineer (CEng), or equivalent is required.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, international and local industry standards, and regulatory requirements, with demonstrable experience in large and deep pumping stations.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in spoken and written English.
