Medical Procurement & Store Officer

We are looking for a responsible and organised Medical Procurement & Store Officer to manage purchasing, inventory, supplier coordination, and quality checks for our healthcare clinic.Key Responsibilities* Source medical supplies, consumables, equipment, and general clinic requirements.* Coordinate with suppliers, obtain quotations, compare prices, and arrange purchases.* Maintain stock records, monitor expiry dates, and ensure proper storage.* Check the quality, quantity, and condition of received items.* Maintain purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and inventory records.* Coordinate with clinic departments to ensure timely availability of supplies.* Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages, wastage, and unnecessary purchases.Requirements* Pharmacy background or qualification is preferred.* Previous experience in medical or healthcare procurement is an advantage.* Good supplier coordination, negotiation, and communication skills.* Basic knowledge of inventory management and MS Excel.Work Location: In person
