Tailor my CV for this job — freeAbout Wellness PharmaWellness Pharma is a growing pharmaceutical company expanding its field force across the Delta region. We're looking for an experienced Medical Promotion Manager to lead our team in Mansoura.Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and evaluate a team of medical representatives in Mansoura and the surrounding areas
- Set monthly call plans, coverage targets and sales targets, and track them
- Double visits with reps to doctors and pharmacies (field coaching)
- Build strong relationships with key doctors (KOLs) and key pharmacies
- Analyze market and sales data, and report on competitor activity
- Recruit and onboard new medical reps when needed
- Execute marketing and promotional plans in the areaRequirements (mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Science, or Agriculture only
- At least 5 years of medical promotion experience in a pharmaceutical company
- Previous experience as a Supervisor / District Manager is a strong plus
- Strong network with doctors and pharmacies in Mansoura / Dakahlia
- Must live in Mansoura or nearby
