MEP Lead | Construction Project

TÜV NORD Egypt is hiring an experienced MEP QA/QC Lead to join our team for a 1-year construction project.Position: MEP QA/QC LeadExperience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experienceWorking Days: 6 days per weekWorking Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PMLocations: 6th of OctoberKey Responsibilities- Lead and supervise MEP quality assurance and quality control activities across the construction site.- Ensure all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works comply with approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, and applicable standards.- Review and approve inspection requests, material submittals, method statements, and quality documentation.- Conduct and oversee site inspections to identify deviations, defects, and non-conformities.- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project management teams to resolve technical and quality issues.- Monitor corrective and preventive actions and ensure timely closure of non-conformity reports (NCRs).- Develop, implement, and monitor project quality plans and inspection and test plans (ITPs).- Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records, and project documentation.- Monitor the performance of MEP inspectors and ensure consistent implementation of project quality procedures.
