MEP Site Engineer – Residential Renovation

Revive Building Contracting LLC is a Dubai-based contractor specializing in luxury villa and apartment renovations, interior fit-outs, extensions, and bespoke joinery. With our in-house construction teams and joinery manufacturing facility in Al Quoz, we deliver high-end residential projects across Dubai.We are looking for an experienced MEP Site Engineer to join our growing team.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, fire alarm, and firefighting works.Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.Ensure site execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.Coordinate with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and authorities.Conduct site inspections and oversee testing and commissioning activities.Follow up on MEP approvals, procurement, RFIs, and technical site issues.Inspect concealed MEP services before closing walls, floors, and ceilings.Support snagging, defect rectification, and final project handover.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.3–5 years of UAE experience in residential renovation, interior fit-out, or MEP projects.Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and DEWA requirements.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and technical drawings.Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Valid UAE driving license preferred.Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.How to ApplyInterested candidates should send their updated CV, highlighting relevant UAE residential renovation and fit-out experience, along with a brief introduction about themselves, to piyumi.guruge@reviverenovation.ae
