National Reseller ManagerHGF (Homes & Granny Flats) | Based in Sydney with national travel | Full timeWant to build a national network from the ground up?We're looking for an experienced network development professional who knows how to find the right business partners, bring them on board and turn those relationships into commercial success.Homes & Granny Flats is an ambitious and rapidly expanding Australian construction business specialising in traditional homes, modular housing, granny flats and innovative housing solutions.With exciting national growth plans underway, we're looking for a commercially driven National Dealer & Reseller Development Manager to establish and grow our reseller network across Australia.Our ideal candidate is a commercially astute, confident and highly motivated professional with a proven track record in developing and managing dealer, reseller, distributor or franchise networks.This is a genuine opportunity to take ownership of a major growth initiative, build something from the ground up and play a key role in the future of our business.This isn’t a desk job waiting for enquiries to land. You’ll be on the road, walking into businesses, spotting opportunities other people drive past, and turning them into HGF partners.We need someone who can identify opportunities, open doors, negotiate commercial arrangements and create a successful national distribution channel.You'll have the autonomy to develop the network strategy, establish relationships and drive expansion into new markets.What you’ll do

• Develop and execute a national reseller recruitment and expansion strategy.
• Find the right partners. Get out across regional and metro Australia and spot the businesses that should be selling our homes: the tool shop on the highway, the shed yard on a busy road, the builder with a good name in town, the real estate agent who gets asked about granny flats every week.
• Vet properly. Handle every reseller enquiry and application. Visit the site, check the business, test their sales ability and work out which partner model suits them: Referral Partner, Sales Agent, Display Dealer, Branch Partner or Wholesale.
• Bring them on board. Take the best applicants from the first conversation through to a signed agreement, then make sure they’re trained, set up in our CRM and selling.
• Grow the network. Keep in regular contact with active resellers, review their performance and help them grow. You’ll also be the one who tells us when someone isn’t working out.
• Run the reseller nights. Present HGF to prospective partners at our online information sessions and follow up every lead.
• Report back. Keep the pipeline in our CRM and give leadership a weekly view of who’s in the funnel, who’s signed and who’s selling.What you’ll bring
• A proven record in dealer or franchise development, or channel sales. Building a network from scratch is a big plus.
• The confidence to walk into any business cold and leave with a relationship.
• Good judgement about people. You can tell a genuine operator from a tyre kicker.
• Comfort with plenty of regional travel, including overnight stays.
• An understanding of building, construction, caravans, sheds, real estate or a related industry is highly regarded.
• Strong organisation and follow through skills, with everything logged and nothing dropped.
