We are seeking an experienced Neonatologist to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will provide specialized medical care for newborns, including premature infants and babies with complex medical conditions, ensuring the highest standards of neonatal care.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive medical care for newborns, including premature and critically ill infantsDiagnose and manage neonatal conditions, including respiratory distress, infections, and congenital disordersManage neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) patients and monitor their clinical progressPerform neonatal resuscitation and stabilize newborns requiring emergency careCoordinate with obstetricians, pediatricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionalsCounsel parents regarding newborn health, treatment plans, and ongoing careMaintain accurate medical records and follow established clinical protocolsSupport quality improvement initiatives in neonatal careRequirementsQualifications & RequirementsMBBS or equivalent medical degreeRelevant postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics, with additional specialization or fellowship in NeonatologyMinimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferredExperience in NICU management, neonatal ventilation, and newborn resuscitationStrong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skillsBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus
