In this role, you will be responsible for activating, configuring, and validating network infrastructure at scale, supporting cutting-edge spine-leaf/Clos fabric architectures and advanced optical technologies (800G/DWDM).Crucial Note: This role requires working out of our New Albany facility on a 24x7 rotational shift schedule.Core Responsibilities:Device & Circuit Provisioning: Provision, configure, and activate enterprise-grade routers, switches, and network circuits.Large-Scale Deployment: Manage physical and logical device activation, software upgrades, and logical validation for 100+ network devices at scale.Fabric Support: Deploy and maintain high-performance spine-leaf/Clos fabric networks and Top-of-Rack (ToR) switch architectures.Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough circuit testing, and rapidly troubleshoot infrastructure provisioning and uplink failures.Automation & Documentation: Utilize Python scripting to automate provisioning tasks, and maintain clear, updated deployment run books.
Required Skills
Network Protocols: Deep, hands-on knowledge of routing and switching protocols, specifically BGP, IS-IS, and MPLS.Hardware Platforms: Strong proficiency with at least one major vendor ecosystem: Juniper (JunOS), Arista (EOS), or Cisco (IOS-XR).Data Center Architecture: Proven experience working in large data centers utilizing spine-leaf / Clos network design.Optical Networking: Practical experience with DWDM, 800G optics, transponders, and high-speed physical layer infrastructure.Automation: Practical capability to write and run Python scripts for network automation and task optimization.Certifications: Active certification in CCNA/CCNP or JNCIA/JNCIS is mandatory.Please share your updated resume and suggest the best number & time to connect with you
