NOC Manager – Voice (VOS3000)!

SMSFORALL is looking for an experienced NOC Manager to join our team and help maintain the stability, performance, and reliability of our voice traffic operations.🔹 Key Responsibilities:Monitor and manage voice traffic and routing on VOS3000.Troubleshoot SIP trunks, gateways, routing issues, and call quality.Monitor CDRs, investigate call failures, and resolve technical incidents.Coordinate with voice providers and escalate issues when necessary.Ensure reliable network operations and service availability.🔹 Requirements:Hands-on experience with VOS3000.Strong knowledge of SIP, VoIP, and voice routing.Experience with NOC operations, troubleshooting, and incident management.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced telecom environment.📩 Interested?
