OPD Manager

Core Responsibilities:-Plan and manage daily consultant clinic schedules to ensure the availability of all medical specialties.Ensure the delivery of safe, efficient, and timely outpatient services.Develop workforce planning and staffing models for outpatient clinics to support smooth service delivery.Monitor monthly unit costs and submit cost-analysis reports with improvement recommendations to the Medical Director.Prepare, analyze, and submit OPD performance indicators and operational reports to support strategic planning.Oversee the full medical claim cycle in alignment with Medical Review Department guidelines.Lead, manage, and develop OPD coordinators and administrative teams to achieve operational objectives.Conduct monthly consultant performance reviews and lead improvement discussions.Collaborate with consultants, nursing leadership, booking supervisors, and clinical teams to ensure integrated service delivery.Ensure a patient-centered care model that emphasizes safety, responsiveness, and service quality.Develop, implement, review, and update OPD policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines to ensure integrated patient care.Ensure compliance with hospital quality standards, infection control policies, and Egyptian medical laws and regulations.Investigate patient complaints and clinical violations, submit findings and recommendations to senior medical leadership, and support corrective action plans.Promote continuous improvement initiatives based on audit results, performance data, and patient feedback

Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Medicine, Physiotherapy or Dental. 7 years of experience, 3 years in the same position. Solid Experience at OPD or Polyclinics.
