Therefore, we take great pride in our company culture and make sure to both work hard together and have a lot of fun along the way.The roleWe're looking for a structured, analytical Operations Manager to own the product flow from purchase order with a supplier to delivery to the end customer. You will be responsible for our supply chain – tracking orders, scheduling production with suppliers, coordinating shipments – as well as overseeing the operations with our 3PL warehouse partner from inbound to outbound. The right candidate has a mindset of continuously looking for ways to make the whole supply chain and warehouse processes faster, leaner, and more reliable.This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll work closely with product development, controlling, our suppliers, 3PL warehouse and shipment partners and we expect you to step in early when something risks going off track.What you'll do● Follow up on 3PL warehouse performance and support with daily trouble-shooting and problem-solving● Analyze supply chain- and warehouse performance and drive improvements in accuracy and efficiency● Lead and support a supply chain assistant in placing and tracking purchase orders and keeping delivery timelines accurate and up to date● Plan and schedule production with suppliers and 3PL warehouse to match demand and launch calendars● Maintain planning data, forecasts, and reporting across systems● Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams to resolve bottlenecks● Build and refine processes that scale with the businessWho you are● 4+ years in supply chain planning, production planning, logistics, warehouse operations or a similar role within purchasing with focus on supply chain and/or operations● Strong analytical skills and confident working with data in Excel (and ideally ERP systems)● Structured and proactive, with a talent for spotting problems early● A clear communicator who can align internal teams as well as suppliers and warehouse partner and follow up on performance and targets● Comfortable making decisions under time pressure and juggling competing priorities● Fluent in Swedish and EnglishNice to have● Experience in apparel, retail, or consumer goods supply chains● Leadership experience● Familiarity with demand planning, S&OP, or inventory optimization● Exposure to freight/shipment coordination and customs processesWhat we offer● A pivotal role with genuine ownership of our supply chain flow● The chance to shape and improve processes at a scaling brand● A supportive, ambitious team that invests in your development● A creative and entrepreneurial work environment● Opportunities to influence and contribute to ICANIWILL’s continued expansion
