Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee auction operations and ensure efficient workflow.Organize and manage auctions for industrial equipment and assets.Oversee asset evaluation and auction organization.Coordinate with factories, industrial equipment dealers, and buyers.Manage operational activities and develop procedures to improve work efficiency.Lead operational teams and ensure effective planning and execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management and auction organization, preferably in industrial equipment and assets.Experience in operations management, preferably in the industrial sector.Experience in managing and organizing auctions, preferably involving industrial equipment and assets.Good knowledge of factory operations, machinery, and production lines.Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).Good skills in data entry, report writing, and presentation.
