The Owner will oversee overall business strategy, drive growth across cybersecurity, networking, IT management, and automation offerings, and ensure alignment with market needs and client expectations. Daily responsibilities include setting organizational goals, managing key client relationships, supervising senior leadership, and making decisions on service portfolio, partnerships, and investments. The role involves monitoring financial performance, approving budgets, and guiding resource allocation to maintain profitability and sustainable expansion. The Owner will also represent the company in high-level negotiations, industry events, and vendor partnerships, while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and ethical conduct.Qualifications Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills to guide business direction and manage senior teams.Extensive experience in IT services or technology solutions, preferably in cybersecurity, networking, IT management, or automation.Proficiency in business development, client relationship management, and partnership building with vendors and stakeholders.Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L oversight, and investment evaluation for sustainable growth.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent the company in executive-level discussions.Track record of building and scaling organizations, with a focus on operational efficiency and service quality.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage.Familiarity with the Saudi market and regulatory environment; prior leadership experience in Jeddah or the region is beneficial.
