Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Owner role based in Faisalabad with JP Engenharia e Consultoria Ltda. The Owner is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including strategic planning, operational management, financial oversight, and client relationship management. Day-to-day tasks include setting business goals, supervising project execution, coordinating with engineering and consulting teams, and ensuring quality standards and compliance with relevant regulations. The role also involves developing new business opportunities, managing budgets and resources, and making key decisions to drive sustainable growth. The Owner collaborates with staff and external partners, providing leadership, guidance, and support to maintain an efficient, safe, and client-focused work environment.Qualifications Proven experience in business ownership, operations management, or senior leadership within engineering, consulting, or related fields.Strong strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving business growth and efficiency.Solid understanding of engineering or technical consulting practices, project management methodologies, and quality assurance standards.Advanced financial literacy, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and basic understanding of financial statements.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills for working with clients, teams, and external stakeholders.Ability to lead and mentor diverse teams, promote an inclusive work culture, and manage performance effectively.Proficiency with common office and project management software; familiarity with industry-specific tools is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications or professional certifications are a plus.Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Faisalabad and manage local regulatory, safety, and compliance requirements.
