Part-Time CFO (Saudi National) – Molecular Biology Startup, KAUST

We are a 20-person molecular biology company preparing for a pre-Series A raise. We are looking for an experienced part-time CFO to own cash visibility and fundraising readiness.Scope: 10–15 hours/week, mostly remote, one onsite day weekly. Initial 3-month engagement, with extension based on results.You will:Build and maintain a rolling 12-month cash forecast and runway modelLead cash planning and prioritization with the CEOPrepare the financial model and finance materials for investorsProduce a monthly management report, working with our external accountantsYou have:Experience as CFO or senior finance lead in startups, with a fundraising roleStrong financial modeling and cash management skillsExperience with KSA compliance (ZATCA, GOSI)Biotech, healthcare, or capital-intensive experience is a plusSaudi NationalWe offer: a competitive retainer, equity participation (subject to vesting and final terms), and a high-impact role in an early-stage company.
