Our in-office surgical service handles a large number of excision cases a year, and we need a surgeon to take them on. The patients are already here, so you won't need to build a practice.What you'll doPerform in-office excisions under local anesthesia, about [12–16] cases per surgical dayUse your full reconstructive skill set as needed: layered closures, flaps, grafts, and wide local excisionsTreat a case mix of [trunk, extremities, and face/scalp]Work in a dedicated procedure suite with trained surgical assistants who handle setup, turnover, and room flowGet fast pathology support from our in-house labWork alongside our board-certified dermatologists and Mohs surgeons, led by Dr. Weimin Hu, MD, PhDCompensationEstimated earnings of about $300,000 a year at 2–3 days a week, based on current case volumeChoose the pay structure that fits you: – W-2 employee: 40% of collections, malpractice covered, plus [benefits: health / CME / PTO] – Independent contractor (1099): 45% of collections, for surgeons with their own practice and malpractice coverageWhy surgeons choose usNo call, no nights, no weekends.
