The Pharmacist will dispense prescription medications accurately, review prescriptions for safety and appropriateness, and provide clear counseling to customers on proper medication use, side effects, and interactions. The role includes managing and organizing pharmacy inventory, checking stock levels, monitoring product expiry dates, and ensuring proper storage conditions. The Pharmacist will collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain efficient workflows, uphold regulatory and safety standards, and support daily operations such as prescription processing, documentation, and insurance-related tasks. The role also involves guiding customers on over-the-counter products, wellness solutions, and basic health and beauty needs while delivering professional, respectful, and empathetic service.Qualifications Licensed Pharmacist with a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (or higher) from an accredited institution; eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, dosage calculations, and safe dispensing practices.Experience in retail or community pharmacy settings, including prescription processing and patient counseling, is preferred.Excellent communication and active listening skills to explain medications and wellness solutions clearly to a diverse customer base.High attention to detail, accuracy in dispensing, and strong organizational skills to manage inventory and documentation.Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, collaborate effectively with team members, and support a customer-centric environment.Comfort using pharmacy management systems, point-of-sale tools, and basic computer applications.Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and adherence to all pharmacy regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by pharmacy operations.
