Pharmacist

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, categorize, and properly store incoming shipments of pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, and IV solutions.* Stock Monitoring: Track expiration dates regularly and implement effective stock rotation principles (e.g., FEFO).* Supply Coordination: Coordinate with nursing and clinical teams to fulfill their daily product requests and prevent any stock-outs.* Compliance Standards: Ensure the medical store strictly adheres to SFDA (Saudi Food and Drug Authority) and MOH regulations regarding temperature, humidity, and safety controls.* Stock Auditing: Conduct periodic physical stock counts (audits) and reconcile discrepancies with the electronic system.* Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date digital records of all issued and received medical items.Qualifications & Requirements:* Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm).* Valid license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).* Proven experience in medical store management, warehouse operations, or hospital pharmacy inventory.* Proficiency in using Inventory Management Software and MS Excel.* High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and integrity.
