Job Title: Pharmacy Chains Key Account Manager Department: Sales Reports To: Scientific Office Commercial ManagerLocation: Greater Cairo Job SummaryThe Pharmacy Chains Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with major pharmacy chains to drive sales growth, maximize product availability, secure listings, and enhance brand visibility. The role involves negotiating commercial agreements, executing promotional activities, monitoring account performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objective. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within pharmacy chains.Identify growth opportunities and expand product distribution across pharmacy networks.Ensure long-term strategic partnerships with key pharmacy customers.Achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets for assigned pharmacy chains.Secure product listings and optimize shelf presence and category positioning.Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when required. Analyze sales trends, market performance, and competitor activities.Ensure product availability and minimize stock-outs across pharmacy chains.Coordinate promotional campaigns, activations.Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Digital Marketing teams.Coordinate execution of commercial agreements and promotional plans.   QualificationsBachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.1–2 years of Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development experience in pharmaceutical, OTC .Proven experience managing pharmacy chains and retail accounts.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM system.Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities
