Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharmacy Specialist located in New Cairo. The Pharmacy Specialist will be responsible for managing and preparing prescriptions, providing exceptional customer service, overseeing pharmacy technicians, and handling pharmaceutical compounding. The role will involve collaborating with healthcare providers and ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards in pharmacy operations. Qualifications Proficient understanding of Pharmacy operations and Prescription handlingExperience in supervising and collaborating with Pharmacy TechniciansStrong customer service skills to address patient needs effectivelyKnowledge of compounding techniques and safe pharmaceutical practicesExceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracyPharmacy degree or equivalent certification, with valid licensureAbility to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environmentPrior experience in a retail or clinical pharmacy setting is preferred
