The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating precast concrete installation works at project sites, ensuring that all activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.The candidate should have a strong understanding of precast concrete installation, site execution, structural drawings, lifting operations, and coordination with project teams.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor day-to-day precast concrete installation activities at the project site.Ensure precast elements are installed according to approved shop drawings, method statements, specifications, and project requirements.Review and interpret structural, architectural, and precast shop drawings.Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, and other site teams to ensure smooth execution of works.Plan and coordinate the delivery, lifting, positioning, alignment, and installation of precast elements.Monitor the proper alignment, level, dimensions, connections, and finishing of installed precast components.Coordinate with the lifting team and ensure proper planning of crane operations for precast installation.Identify site issues, technical problems, clashes, and discrepancies in drawings and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.Prepare daily progress reports and maintain proper records of site activities.Monitor project progress against the approved work schedule and highlight any delays or constraints.Coordinate with the production and logistics teams regarding the availability and delivery of precast elements.Ensure that materials and precast components delivered to site are inspected and properly handled and stored.Coordinate with QA/QC personnel to ensure that installation works meet the required quality standards.Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with approved method statements, ITPs, drawings, and specifications.Coordinate with the HSE team and ensure compliance with site safety procedures during lifting and installation activities.Monitor manpower, equipment, tools, and materials required for daily site activities.Conduct site inspections and ensure proper completion of works before consultant/client inspections.Assist in preparing inspection requests, material requests, site reports, and other project documentation.Coordinate with other trades to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth progress of the project.Support the Project Manager and Construction Manager in achieving project targets and deadlines.Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions within the work area.Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.Minimum 4 years of total relevant experience in civil construction/site engineering.Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai/UAE is required.Experience in precast concrete construction and installation is highly preferred.Candidates with experience in precast building projects, high-rise buildings, villas, commercial buildings, or large-scale construction projects will be preferred.Strong knowledge of site execution and construction practices.Ability to read and understand structural, architectural, and precast shop drawings.Knowledge of precast installation methods, lifting procedures, alignment, grouting, connections, and finishing works.Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic engineering/project documentation.Good knowledge of MS Office applications.Good communication and coordination skills.Preferred Candidate ProfileIndian candidates are preferred.Candidates currently available in the UAE/Dubai will be preferred.Candidates with immediate or short notice availability will be an advantage.Practical site experience with strong knowledge of precast installation and construction activities will be highly valued.Candidates should be willing to work at project sites and coordinate directly with site teams.Key SkillsPrecast Concrete InstallationSite SupervisionConstruction CoordinationDrawing Reading & InterpretationPrecast Shop DrawingsLifting & Installation CoordinationQuality ControlSite Planning & Progress MonitoringContractor & Consultant CoordinationAutoCADMS OfficeProblem SolvingTeam ManagementHealth & Safety AwarenessWhat We Are Looking ForWe are seeking a hands-on and responsible Site Engineer who can independently manage day-to-day precast installation activities, coordinate effectively with different teams, identify site issues, and ensure that the work is completed safely, correctly, and within the required schedule.Interested candidates meeting the above requirements may submit their updated CV for consideration.
