Private Equity Associate

Flynn & Chase is working provate Equity investment fund based in Dubai on a Associate hire for their investment team. The firm manages over $4bn across private equity, real estate and private credit, has closed 50+ deals since launch, and has a clear plan to more than double its AUM by the end of the decade.They invest across the GCC, Europe, the US and India, often alongside large global sponsors, and put their own capital into every deal next to institutional and private investors.The roleYou will work on deals from first look to exit, with a lot of ownership and direct contact with senior management and the investment committee. Lean team, so you will see the whole process, not just the model.What you'll doScreen and assess new opportunities in private equity, real estate and private creditBuild and run financial models, valuations and returns analysisLead due diligence workstreams and manage advisers (legal, financial, technical)Write investment memos and present to the investment committeeHelp structure deals in a Shariah-compliant way and negotiate key termsWork with portfolio companies and assets after closing, and support exitsWhat we're looking for3 to 5 years in private equity, real estate investing, M&A or investment bankingStrong modelling and valuation skills, and a few closed deals you can talk throughExperience in the GCC is a big plusClear writing and the confidence to present to senior peopleArabic is a plus, not a mustBased in the UAE or ready to relocate to DubaiWhat's on offerCompetitive tax-free package plus bonusReal deal responsibility early onA growing platform with room to move up to VP
