Gulf Medical University invites applications from experienced academic consultants for the development of academic programs for the following proposed colleges: Proposed Thumbay College of Ayurveda, Proposed Thumbay College of Homeopathy, Proposed Thumbay College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive academic program proposals, including curriculum structure, learning outcomes, course specifications and study plans.Establish program frameworks aligned with relevant UAE regulatory requirements, and international academic benchmarks.Advise on faculty requirements, infrastructure, clinical training facilities and other essential resources.Support feasibility studies, benchmarking, accreditation documentation and program approval processes.Collaborate with university leadership to ensure academic quality and successful program.Qualifications & ExperienceRelevant postgraduate or doctoral qualification in Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Traditional Chinese Medicine.Extensive experience in academic program development, curriculum design and higher education.Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation, quality assurance and regulatory requirements.Prior experience in establishing new academic programs or colleges will be an added advantage.Strong academic leadership, communication and project management skills.Engagement Type: Consultancy / Project-Based Assignment
