Quality Assistant Manager / Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily QC activities and ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.Oversee inspection plans, checklists and product specifications.Monitor quality performance, analyze trends and drive continuous improvement.Work with internal teams and customers to resolve quality issues and corrective actions.Lead, coach and develop the Quality team.Support NPI, process validation and improvement of high defect/failure rates.Lead structured problem-solving using 8D, RCA and CAPA.Ensure compliance with management systems and code of conduct.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within EMS or manufacturing.Strong knowledge of management systems and code of conduct, such as:ISO 9001ISO 14001ISO 27001RBA Code of ConductProficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.Willing to work in Senai, Johor.
