You'll work closely with product owners, business analysts, UI/UX designers, backend developers and QA engineers to deliver secure, scalable and user-friendly mobile experiences.What You'll DoDesign, develop and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using React Native for iOS and AndroidBuild reusable components and scalable mobile app architecturesTurn UI/UX designs and wireframes into responsive, polished mobile interfacesIntegrate RESTful APIs, backend services and third-party SDKsImplement secure authentication, authorization, session management and data storageImprove app performance, responsiveness and memory usageTroubleshoot and fix defects across iOS and AndroidImplement push notifications, deep linking and device-specific featuresWork with QA on unit testing, integration testing and fixing defects found in UATManage app builds, signing and releases to the Apple App Store and Google Play StoreTake part in code reviews, technical discussions, sprint planning and Agile ceremoniesMaintain technical documentation and follow coding standards and security best practicesRequirements6-9 years of mobile app development experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on React NativeStrong JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScriptA solid grasp of React concepts: hooks, state management and component lifecycleExperience with state management libraries such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand or Context APIStrong experience integrating REST APIs, JSON and asynchronous operationsFamiliarity with native iOS and Android development conceptsExperience with native modules and third-party SDK integrationKnowledge of mobile app security, secure storage and authenticationExperience with Git, CI/CD pipelines and mobile build toolsAn understanding of mobile performance optimization and debuggingA track record of publishing apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play StoreA Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceNice to HaveExperience with both React Native CLI and ExpoFamiliarity with Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin or JavaExperience with Firebase services, analytics and push notificationsKnowledge of biometric authentication, device security and certificate pinningExperience in banking, fintech or other regulated industriesExperience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Detox or AppiumExperience with Agile/Scrum delivery and JiraWhat Success Looks LikeReliable, high-performance mobile apps on both iOS and AndroidCode that meets security, quality and coding standardsSprint commitments delivered on timeLow defect rates and quick resolution of production issuesSmooth app releases and seamless integration with backend servicesBenefitsWork on challenging, high-impact products alongside talented engineersGrow your career through continuous learning and exposure to modern technologiesA collaborative, innovation-driven culture that values ownership and excellenceCompetitive compensation and benefitsDisclaimerCodeNinja is an equal opportunity employer.
