Company: Synera Capital | DIFC, Dubai, UAESynera Capital is looking for a talented Financial Content Writer specialising in Real Estate Investment to develop insightful, research-driven content on the Dubai property market and real estate investment opportunities.We are looking for someone who can go beyond generic property content and develop an informed investment perspective backed by market research, financial analysis and data.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and analyse Dubai’s real estate market, property prices, rental yields and investment trends.Develop investment perspectives on residential and commercial properties, buildings and real estate portfolios.Write professional investment articles, market outlooks, research reports and investor insights.Analyse ROI, rental income, capital appreciation, acquisition costs and investment risks.Interpret market data and translate complex financial information into clear, compelling content for investors.Identify emerging investment opportunities, market inefficiencies and potential risks.Prepare content for investor presentations, company reports, website publications and LinkedIn.Support the development of Synera Capital’s investment research and thought leadership.Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience in financial writing, real estate research, investment analysis or property market journalism.Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market.Ability to research property transactions, rental data, market reports and economic indicators.Understanding of ROI, rental yields, cash flow, capital appreciation and property valuation fundamentals.Excellent analytical, research and English writing skills.Ability to produce original, data-backed insights rather than generic AI-style content.Familiarity with sources such as DLD, DXBinteract, Property Monitor and reputable real estate market reports is an advantage.Candidate ProfileWe are looking for a research-oriented professional who can think like a real estate analyst and write like a financial journalist.Application: Please share your CV, relevant writing samples, published research or investment articles, and expected salary.
