- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media & other channels
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain an updated candidate database
- Support recruitment targets and hiring plans🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
- Good command of MS Office
