Regional Operations Support Specialist (Mandarin & English)

We're seeking a detail-oriented operations professional to support regional performance management and day-to-day business coordination across Southern Africa.This role sits at the intersection of operations support, project coordination and strategic execution, working closely with regional sales and business partner teams to ensure strategies are effectively translated into operational results.

Responsibilities

Support regional sales and business partner (SP/BP) operations, assisting with performance target management and core operational tasks.Generate operational data and reporting to track strategy execution and support management decision-making.Manage daily operational support activities and monitor progress on key regional initiatives.Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute regional special projects and workstreams.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Requirements
