The Sales Consultant will welcome customers to the showroom, identify their needs, and provide knowledgeable guidance on suitable products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining product features and pricing, preparing quotations, processing orders, and ensuring accurate documentation in the sales system. The role involves maintaining a clean and organized sales area, following up with customers to support post-sale satisfaction, and meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets. The Sales Consultant will collaborate with colleagues and management to support promotional activities, stay current on product updates, and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with a commitment to building long-term relationships.Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.Previous retail or showroom sales experience, preferably in furniture, home goods, or telecommunications products.Ability to work on-site in Vaughan, ON, including evenings and weekends as required.Comfort with point-of-sale systems, basic computer applications, and learning new software tools.Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets while maintaining a positive customer experience.High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, communications, or a related field is an asset.
