Team members work in a professional, quality-focused environment where craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement are central values.Role Description The Sales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Sales Specialist will welcome customers to the studio, understand their vehicle care needs, and present suitable detailing and paint protection solutions. Daily responsibilities include providing consultations, preparing quotations, explaining service packages and benefits, and guiding customers through the booking process. The role involves following up on inquiries, managing a personal sales pipeline, and supporting customer retention through proactive communication and service satisfaction checks. The Sales Specialist will collaborate closely with the detailing team, maintain accurate records in the sales system, and participate in ongoing product and service training to stay current on offerings.Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain positive client relationships.Proven Sales experience, including consultative selling and upselling in a service-based or automotive environment.Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment, with attention to detail and a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.Interest or background in automotive, luxury goods, or related fields is an advantage.Basic proficiency in sales or CRM software and comfort with maintaining accurate records and reports.Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly beneficial.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or related areas is a plus.
