The company is committed to enabling what’s next for its customers through innovative and connected solutions.Role Description The SAP PE (Payment Engine) Consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting SAP Payment Engine solutions that align with client business processes and financial operations. Day-to-day activities include gathering and analyzing requirements, mapping business processes, configuring SAP FICO and Payment Engine components, managing master data related to payments, and performing system testing and validation. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, advising stakeholders on best practices, documenting functional and technical specifications, and supporting go-live, user training, and post-implementation enhancements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring close interaction with client teams and other Pansoft consultants to ensure successful delivery of SAP payment solutions.Job Description Job Summary:The SAP Payment Engine Expert is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting end-to-end payment processing in SAP. This includes the setup of electronic payment workflows, bank integrations, cash positioning, and liquidity forecasting, with a focus on automation, compliance, and visibility into cash operations.The Expert will work closely with treasury, finance, AP, SAP ACM and banking partners to streamline global payment processes, enforce banking standards, and ensure full compliance with local and international regulations. Experience in S/4HANA, BCM, In-House Cash, and SWIFT/ISO-based formats is added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2 production support for SAP Core Banking Payment Engine.Analyze and resolve payment order, payment item, routing, settlement, and processing-related issues.Have hands-on experience with payment order lifecycle, status management, and status transitions.Configure and troubleshoot routing rules, routing control, clearing agreements, settlement instructions, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Analyze incoming and outgoing payment flows and payment processing failures.Troubleshoot payment rejections, duplicate payments, value date issues, return processing, and stuck payment orders.Handle payment formats, payment methods, bank communication, and external system integration.Analyze B2B notifications, payment acknowledgments, and message failures using relevant monitoring tools.Work with payment order and payment item monitoring, database tables, application logs, queues, and interfaces.Configure electronic bank statement (EBS) processing and reconciliation logicSupport cash flow analysis, cash positioning, and liquidity forecasting in SAPCoordinate with banks for technical specs, testing, and go-live of bank interfacesEnsure security, compliance, and audit readiness of payment workflowsAlign SAP payment processes with finance and treasury policiesDocument configurations, support training, and handle post-go-live support
