SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Transformation Lead

We are seeking a senior SAP Supply Chain Architect to lead end-to-end supply chain transformation programs, preferably based in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on leveraging SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP to transform procurement, manufacturing and maintenance operations, define future-state operating models, and develop technology strategies and implementation roadmaps.The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, lead complex transformation programs, guide architecture and deployment decisions, and contribute to business development, proposals and the growth of the SAP consulting practice.Key RequirementsExperience: 12–15+ years in SAP, supply chain transformation, solution architecture or technology consulting.SAP S/4HANA: Proven leadership of large-scale supply chain transformation programmes, including greenfield, brownfield or hybrid implementations.Supply Chain Expertise: Strong knowledge of procurement (SAP MM), manufacturing (SAP PP) and/or plant maintenance (SAP PM).SAP BTP & Cloud: Experience with SAP BTP, RISE/GROW with SAP, cloud architecture and enterprise integration.Transformation & Architecture: Ability to define target operating models, solution architecture, business cases and transformation roadmaps.Consulting & Stakeholder Management: Experience advising C-suite and senior executives, managing cross-functional teams and delivering measurable business outcomes.Business Development: Experience contributing to proposals, RFPs, client pitches and consulting offering development.Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop consulting teams.Regional Experience: Middle East experience, ideally in Saudi Arabia.Language: Arabic Speaker with fluent English
