Senior Education Consultant

**Job Post: Senior Education Consultant – Europe****TopTier Education Consultant (TTEC)**📍 Dhaka | Full-time | On-site**About Us**TopTier Education Consultant (TTEC) is a Dhaka-based international education consultancy, founded by Barrister Omar Soeb Chowdhury. Since 2024, we have placed 235+ students globally, working with 500+ partner universities across 16 destination countries and securing 13+ visa approvals every month.We are expanding our Europe desk and are looking for an experienced Senior Education Consultant to lead student cases end to end.**Key Responsibilities**- Counsel students on study options across European destinations (Italy, Austria, Hungary, Finland, Sweden, Netherlands, France, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Malta, Cyprus, etc.)- Assess student profiles and recommend the right country, university, program, and intake- Manage the full application process: documents, SOPs, university applications, offer letters, and enrollment- Guide students through visa filing, embassy appointments, financial documentation, and interview preparation- Convert assigned leads into enrolled students and meet monthly targets- Maintain accurate records of all leads and cases in the CRM- Build and maintain relationships with European university partners and representatives- Stay updated on changing admission requirements, scholarships, tuition policies, and visa rules- Mentor junior consultants and support the Europe team lead on case reviews**Requirements**- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's or study experience abroad preferred)- Minimum 3 years of experience as an education consultant, with proven Europe case handling- Strong knowledge of Schengen student visa processes and embassy requirements- Track record of successful visa approvals and enrollments- Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla- Strong counselling, persuasion, and follow-up skills- Comfortable working with targets, CRM tools, and Google Sheets**What We Offer**- Competitive salary: negotiable based on experience- Performance-based incentives per file open and enrolment - Festival bonuses (2 per year)- Career growth in a fast-growing consultancy- Professional, supportive work environment**How to Apply**Send your CV to barristeromar@toptierconsultant.com*Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.*---
