Senior Electrical Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer with proven expertise in luxury villa construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all electrical engineering activities from design review, installation, testing & commissioning through to project handover while ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, budget, and schedule requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise all electrical installation works for luxury villa projects.Review electrical drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and material submittals.Coordinate with consultants, architects, MEP teams, and subcontractors.Ensure compliance with DEWA regulations, local authority requirements, and project specifications.Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed as per approved schedules.Conduct inspections and quality control checks for all electrical installations.Oversee containment systems, power distribution, lighting systems, ELV systems, and grounding works.Manage testing, commissioning, and final handover activities.Identify and resolve technical issues and site clashes.Ensure adherence to HSE standards and company safety procedures.Prepare progress reports, RFIs, inspections, and technical documentation.Support procurement teams in evaluating electrical materials and vendors.Lead and mentor junior electrical engineers and site supervisors.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.Minimum 10-15 years of experience in MEP projects.At least 5 years of experience handling luxury villa projects in the UAE/GCC.Strong knowledge of DEWA regulations and UAE building codes.Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
