Senior IT Project Manager - Construction Systems (COINS ERP)£70,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Bonus | Solihull / Hybrid (2-3 days per week in the office)We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to join a leading construction and property business, delivering strategic technology and business transformation projects across the organisation. This role will play a key part in the delivery of COINS ERP, construction systems, finance, commercial, and operational technology projects that support business growth and improve project delivery across the UK.You'll lead medium to large-scale projects from inception through to implementation, working closely with stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Construction, Procurement, and IT.What you'll doLead the end-to-end delivery of business-critical technology projects, including COINS ERP enhancements, upgrades, integrations and transformation initiativesManage project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource planningAct as the primary liaison between IT, operational teams, commercial functions, and external vendorsDrive successful adoption of construction and business systems across multiple business unitsManage third-party software suppliers, implementation partners, and system integratorsLead cross-functional project teams across Finance, Commercial, Procurement, HR and OperationsEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectivesEstablish strong governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and post-implementation reviewsSupport the ongoing digital transformation roadmap across ERP, reporting, data and operational systemsWhat we're looking for5+ years' experience delivering complex IT and business transformation projectsProven experience managing ERP, business systems, finance systems or construction technology projectsExposure to COINS ERP, COINS EVO, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, Viewpoint, Causeway or similar construction-sector platformsExperience delivering application, SaaS, infrastructure and integration projectsStrong understanding of project governance, budgeting, risk management and stakeholder engagementKnowledge of APIs, middleware, integrations and data migration projectsExperience within construction, housebuilding, engineering, infrastructure or property sectors would be advantageousFamiliarity with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologiesPRINCE2, APM or PMP certification desirableReasons to joinPlay a key role in a major construction business's digital transformation programmeLead high-profile projects involving COINS ERP and operational systemsWork closely with senior leaders across Finance, Commercial and Construction functionsInfluence technology strategy and delivery standards across the organisationJoin a stable and growing business investing heavily in systems and process improvementSalary & Benefits£70,000 basic salary£5,000 car allowancePerformance bonusHybrid working (2/3 days onsite in Solihull)Flexible working hoursPrivate healthcarePrivate medical insuranceEnhanced pension schemeShare save schemeDental and eyecare coverLife assuranceEmployee discounts schemeHoliday purchase schemeOngoing professional development and certification supportIdeal background: Project Managers currently working with COINS ERP, COINS EVO, Dynamics 365, Oracle, SAP, Viewpoint, Causeway, Eque2, or similar construction ERP platforms, delivering finance, commercial, procurement, data migration or business transformation projects within construction, engineering, housebuilding or property organisations.
